Information used to operate the store
When you create an account, place an order or contact us, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email, billing and shipping addresses, order details and correspondence. We use it to manage accounts, process and fulfill orders, verify payments, answer questions and maintain business records.
Payments and service providers
Payments are made separately through Zelle, Venmo or PayPal and are subject to the provider’s privacy terms. Do not send us payment-account passwords. Our hosting and email providers process data needed to operate the website and deliver messages. Shipping providers receive the information needed to deliver orders.
Cookies and technical information
WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies and sessions to support login, shopping carts and checkout. The site and its service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs for operation and security.
Records and requests
Order and account records are retained for fulfillment, support, accounting and applicable recordkeeping needs. To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion, email orders@pepyourpep.com. Some records may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations.

Purchases are restricted to people aged 21 or older. Products are for laboratory research use only.
